These Terms & Conditions apply to all direct bookings made through the Beaches Holiday Management website and govern the relationship between guests and Beaches Holiday Management (ABN: [INSERT ABN]).
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as agreed at the time of booking. Beaches Holiday Management reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and vary depending on the booking method and dates. We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to travel plans. For cancellation queries please contact Sue Fox directly on 0420 317 404.

Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay beyond reasonable wear and tear. Beaches Holiday Management reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any costs incurred. Beaches Holiday Management accepts no liability for loss of personal belongings during a stay.
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and is subject to availability.
All guests are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. A copy is available on our website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
