Christmas Casual is built around your travel plans, not ours. Minimum 3 weeks during the Christmas and summer holiday period, with no maximum stay length. We'll work with the dates you give us and make the most of the time your home is available.

Most owners use the program over the Christmas and summer rush, but it runs year-round. Heading away for Easter, school holidays, or any other trip? Just let Sue know and we'll switch your listing back on. When you're home, we switch it off again. List on your terms, as often as suits you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to commit beyond the holidays?
No. Christmas Casual is short-term only. List for the weeks you're away and that's where it ends. And because your property is already set up in our system with reviews, it takes seconds to reopen your calendar later for Easter or any other holiday.
What if I want to keep going afterwards?
Easy. We can roll your property into our standard management program with no extra setup.
What about my belongings?
We'll walk you through what to lock away and can supply a lockable cupboard for your personal items.
Will my home be cleaned before I get back?
Yes. Professional clean and fresh linen between every booking, including a final clean before your return. All done by our own in-house staff, not third-party casual cleaners.
How are guests vetted?
ID verification, prior reviews, and direct communication before booking. Our 0% cancellation rate speaks for itself.
What does it cost?
A percentage of bookings, no upfront management fees. You only pay when you earn. The only setup costs are a few small one-offs: professional photography of your home, NSW STRA registration ($65 upfront, then $25/year to renew), and a one-off onboarding fee of $300 (normally $600), which can be paid off through your initial bookings.
