The modern and stylish kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances including induction stove top and wine fridge.

A charming separate studio has its own kitchenette, queen bed, bathroom, and water views.

there are three bedrooms with an additional sofa bed in the TV room. A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire.

Enjoy private access to a waterfront lawn and jetty, with a range of craft including stand up paddle boards and kayaks for adults & kids, with life vests for all in a safe tranquil bay.

You’ll be five minutes from bustling Newport with a range of cafés and restaurants, or eight minutes to the ever charming Avalon.

The café is only a 7-minute drive from the house, it's an 6-minute drive to the nearest restaurant, and just 6 minutes to the grocery store.

Pop up your feet up with book and glass of wine and immerse yourself in waterside bliss.

Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and two parking spaces. one in the garage and one on the driveway outside the garage door. You can't park on the street outside the house or on the front grass. There is street parking down the road.

Other things to note Please note there is a no shoe policy inside the home.

We include a starter pack of tea bags, sugar, and six coffee capsules (all capsules are espresso-compatible), as well as oil, salt, pepper, and paper towel in the kitchen. All quality linen is provided in the bedrooms, and towels, bath mats, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are supplied in the bathrooms.

A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire ($80, including delivery and collection). The top level is perfect for babies up to 9 kg, and the lower level is suitable for bigger babies up to 15 kg.

Beach towels can be hired for $15 each, and a beach set (CoolCabana and two beach chairs) is available from $60. Please let us know early if you’d like to hire any of these items.
