The space 🏡 The Space A Hamptons inspired beachside residence, two minutes' walk from Mona Vale's Basin Beach, the rock pool and the coastal parks. Bathed in north easterly sunlight, this is an authentic beach house with contemporary influences, set on a spacious 920 square metre expanse of perfectly flat land. Five bedrooms, three living areas, a separate study and resort style grounds mean there is room for everyone to find their own space.

🛋️🍽️ Living & Dining Three separate living areas. The entrance opens four metres wide into a lounge with a 65 inch Frame TV and runs through to the contemporary kitchen. The main lounge room extends seamlessly into the alfresco area and has a 55 inch smart TV with a Bose sound bar. A third sitting area with a built in window seat looks out over the gardens, and there is a separate study if you need to catch up on a little work. The dining table seats six beside the original brick fireplace.

🍳🧺 Kitchen & Laundry A contemporary kitchen under a skylight, with a long stone island and breakfast bar seating, wall oven, cooktop and rangehood, and a large side by side fridge/freezer. A large internal laundry is fully equipped with indoor wall drying racks and a brand new washing machine and dryer.

🌿 Outdoor Living An expansive covered alfresco area that comfortably seats 14, with an outdoor kitchen and a four seater day bed. Step through to the Balinese style pool retreat, surrounded by tropical gardens, with a cabana, a sheltered day bed and a soothing hot tub. Beside the pool is a games room with table tennis, gym equipment, a 65 inch TV and a Bose sound bar. For the children there is a large in ground trampoline, and the outside table and chairs seat eight. The expansive front verandah is the spot for a morning coffee while the world goes by.

🚿 Bathrooms Five bathrooms across the property, including one off the poolside games room. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash for your convenience.

🔑 Guest Access & Check-in Check in is from 3:00 pm and check out is by 10:00 am. Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, hot tub, games room and all outdoor areas. Your check in details and access code will be sent at 12:00 pm the day before your arrival.

ℹ️ Good to know There are some locked cupboards holding the owners' belongings that are not available to guests. There is plenty of storage and hanging space for your own things in every room, and all personal belongings such as clothing will have been removed. A bond is required to book this property. It is charged two days before you arrive and refunded 48 hours after you leave, assuming the property has been left in good order.
