The space The heart of this home is the open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, and balcony. You can enjoy stunning second-floor ocean views from your own private balcony.

Our three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each featuring built-in wardrobes and large windows with plantation shutters. The master bedroom boasts a brand-new queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for our guests.

A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire.

The contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and ample storage. Additionally, the apartment has its own laundry facilities, including a high-quality washing machine and dryer located on the ground level with external access.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs, including high-quality cooking utensils and a state-of-the-art NEFF induction cooktop. We also provide some basic cooking ingredients, such as salt and pepper, to make you feel at home. While you're here, embrace the Aussie lifestyle by throwing some snags on the Weber BBQ located on the balcony.

The café is only a 7-minute walk from the house, it's an 7-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and just 5 minutes to the grocery store.

Other things to note Please note there is 22 steps across 3 small flights of stairs from the building entrance to the apartment and no lift access.

We include a starter pack of tea bags, sugar, and six coffee capsules (all capsules are espresso-compatible), as well as oil, salt, pepper, and paper towel in the kitchen. All quality linen is provided in the bedrooms, and towels, bath mats, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are supplied in the bathrooms.

A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire ($80, including delivery and collection). The top level is perfect for babies up to 9 kg, and the lower level is suitable for bigger babies up to 15 kg.

Beach towels can be hired for $15 each, and a beach set (CoolCabana and two beach chairs) is available from $60. Please let us know early if you’d like to hire any of these items.
