The space 🏠 The Space This studio is one of four private guest rooms within a shared Manly house. It is larger than the other studios and enjoys ocean views. The room is fully renovated and professionally styled, offering a comfortable and well-considered layout for short or longer stays.
🛏️ Sleeping arrangements The studio features a stunning king bed made from Peruvian oak, with quality linen, creating a calm and inviting place to rest.
🛋️ Living space Relax in the generous space with a large smart TV and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
🍳 Kitchen & Laundry You’ll have a full kitchen equipped for home cooking, along with a combination washer–dryer, airing rack, and iron and ironing board for added convenience during longer stays.
🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is shared with other guest rooms in the house and is clean, well maintained, and regularly serviced.
🌬️ Comfort The studio includes a ceiling fan for warmer days and a freestanding enclosed oil heater for cooler months.
🚗 Parking Street parking is available nearby with council restrictions of 2-hour parking between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
📍 Location Set in a prime central Manly location, just 300m to Manly Harbour, 700m to Manly Beach, and approximately 450m to the ferry. Please note the walk to the ferry is uphill. Cafés, restaurants, coastal walks, and village life are all close by.

🔑 How You’ll Access the Property: You can enter the building using a door code, then access the studio with keys from the secure key box. Simple self check-in with clear instructions, and the key box code will be sent at 12:00 pm the day before arrival.
Other things to note ✨ What’s Included At Beaches Holiday Management 🏖️, all of our properties include a thoughtful starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes tea bags, sugar and a few Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules, along with oil, salt, pepper and paper towel in the kitchen. Quality linen is provided in all bedrooms, and bathrooms are stocked with towels, a bath mat, hand towel set, and pool towels where applicable, as well as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. Washing powder is also supplied where there is an internal laundry.
