Manly Beach is a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive, with buses just 150m away taking you straight to Manly Wharf.

The space Nicely elevated with a balcony capturing northeast sunshine, cooling summer sea breezes and district views (plus a cameo of the ocean), the apartment is focused around wonderfully bright and airy living space with lounge chairs aimed at a mounted smart TV, dining area with a three-seat table and easy access to the balcony. A open plan CaesarStone kitchen adjoins the living area and comes complete with gas cooker, s/steel dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cooking essentials. The spacious main bedroom has a queen bed and stand up wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single bunk beds for children. Additional features include a stylish modernised bathroom with shower over bath (awesome water pressure), clothes washer/ dryer, engineered timber flooring, ceiling fans and covered car space. A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire.

Managed by Beaches Holiday Management, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all the linen has been hygienically washed.

The café is only a 5-minute walk from the house, it's an 5-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and just 5 minutes to the grocery store.

Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment and parking spot.

Other things to note Freshwater is one of the most popular suburbs on the Northern Beaches. The locals love the beach and the village shopping area. In recent years its become very trendy and has attracted many designer shops, cool cafes and lovely restaurants, all within walking distance to you.

We include a starter pack of tea bags, sugar, and six coffee capsules (all capsules are espresso-compatible), as well as oil, salt, pepper, and paper towel in the kitchen. All quality linen is provided in the bedrooms, and towels, bath mats, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are supplied in the bathrooms.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor up about 30 steps however they are internal steps with carpet and a handrail so everyone has been fine with it so far.

A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire ($80, including delivery and collection). The top level is perfect for babies up to 9 kg, and the lower level is suitable for bigger babies up to 15 kg.

Beach towels can be hired for $15 each, and a beach set (CoolCabana and two beach chairs) is available from $60. Please let us know early if you’d like to hire any of these items.
