The owners have created many wonderful memories here and are delighted to now share their beautiful waterfront home with other families.

As this is a private family home rather than a dedicated holiday rental, we do ask that guests treat the house, furnishings and surrounding environment with particular care and respect.

INSIDE THE HOME

Architect-designed and spread across two spacious levels, the home has been created to make the most of its beautiful waterfront position.

A striking central atrium brings natural light into the heart of the house, while large windows and doors connect the indoor living areas with the water and bushland outside.

Beautiful sandstone features complement the natural surroundings and give the home warmth and character.

There are multiple living areas and plenty of room to spread out, making the property particularly well suited to families or groups wanting to holiday together without feeling crowded.

The home has 5 bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

Each of the double bedrooms is set for one guest only, giving the property a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

With 4 bathrooms throughout the home, there is plenty of space and privacy for families and groups travelling together.

Large terraces take advantage of the peaceful waterfront position and beautiful north-west aspect, with sweeping views across the water and surrounding National Park.

The combination of sandstone, established landscaping, bushland and water creates a wonderful sense of privacy and seclusion.

One of the real highlights of this home is its absolute deep-waterfront position.

The property has direct access to Cowan Creek with its own private floating pontoon and boatshed.

Because this is a much-loved private family home, a few additional house rules apply.

We kindly ask that all guests read and agree to these before booking.

• Maximum of 8 registered guests • No parties, functions or events • No additional visitors without prior approval • No smoking or vaping inside the home • No candles or open flames • No hair dye, fake tan or other products that may permanently stain linen, towels, furniture or bathrooms • Please take particular care with furniture, artwork and the owners' personal belongings • Children must be closely supervised around stairs, terraces, the waterfront and pontoon • Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening • Please respect the beautiful natural environment and wildlife

This is not the right property for parties or large gatherings. It is a very special home for guests looking for a peaceful waterfront stay and who will treat the property with care.

PLEASE NOTE

Being a waterfront home built into the natural landscape, there are stairs and changes in level throughout the property and on the way down to the waterfront.

For this reason, the home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, and young children will require close supervision.

Cottage Point is surrounded by National Park, so birds, insects and other wildlife are a normal part of staying in this beautiful bushland environment.
